Jack's Stir Brew Coffee's 10th Street location is my baby. Born in Greenwich Village. Our flagship. The original location and New York City's first Organic, shade-grown and Fair-Trade certified coffee shop. I opened it every morning and closed it every night for 4 years before I hired a manager. I invented the Stir Brew machine on this street when I lived in the apartment above the shop, and then I perfected the perfect cup of coffee and the precise pull of espresso here.
